If you have any corrections to your order, or need to cancel, you must contact us within 24 hours of ordering. MirrorChic frames are custom cut and therefore non-returnable once cut to size or shipped, except in cases of error, defect or damage by MirrorChic. We strongly suggest that you double check your measurements of your order before finishing your order. Not to worry though, our promise to you is that we will do what it takes to make sure your order leaves you happy and satisfied. We strongly urge you to order samples of your favorite frames to help determine which frame is best suited to your décor.
Return of a damaged or defective frame
Each MirrorChic frame order is cut & packed by the same person from start to finish for quality. Should your order be received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service, within 48 hours of receiving, at email@example.com or call us during standard PST business hours at (951) 296-1303 and we will help resolve your problem. Returning a damaged or defective frame is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Repack your damaged frame in the box we shipped it and enclose your order number & name in the box. No need for a new address label, FedEx will arrive with a return label for pickup. If the box is damaged, please let our customer service know.
- Contact our customer service to initiate the return.
- Place your re-boxed frame where FedEx or UPS can pick it up and wait for a confirmation that we have shipped your replacement order.
