All of our MirrorChic frames are custom made for our customers and not returnable except for error, damage or defect on our part. No changes or cancellations are allowed beyond 24 hours of placing your order. To ensure your satisfaction we strongly suggest you order samples and follow our instructions about measuring for your new frames. Of course we will be there to help you with any questions you may have. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer support possible. Upon receiving your new frame please unpack it immediately and check all of the pieces before assembling. Should you find any damage or defect please call us immediately so we can remedy the problem. Keep all of the packing material until you have placed the frame on your mirror and are totally delighted. If for any reason you need to return it you will have the packing materials to do so. We strongly advise that you check the fit of the frame on your mirror before you permanently install them.

If you need to return a frame or a part of a frame just call us and we will arrange to have it picked up and provide a replacement. Rest assured that our goal is for you to be totally delighted with our product and our customer service.
